21LGBTQ suspects granted bail by Ho Court

A Ho High Court 2, managed by His Lordship Justice Yaw Owoahene-Acheampong has conceded bail to somewhere in the range of 21 people associated to be individuals with Lesbians, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender society captured in Ho on Thursday, May 20, 2021.
The suspects; 16 females and 5 guys were first summoned under the watchful eye of the Ho Circuit Court on Friday, 21 May, yet were remanded into police authority by the court.
The presumes who were said to have been at a gathering in the Ho Municipality where the capture was made, were accused of unlawful get together.
Following their appearance in court, legal counselors for the charged continued to the High Court to record a bail application after a prior endeavor was declined by the lower court.
