UK PM Starmer Condemns Far-Right Violence Following Southport Killings

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned far-right demonstrators following outbreaks of violence in London and other areas after the killing of three young girls in Southport, northwest England.

At a press conference, Starmer emphasized the orchestrated nature of the violence. “This is coordinated and deliberate,” he stated, highlighting the intentional efforts behind the clashes this week.

Starmer made it clear that these incidents were not spontaneous. “This is not a protest that just got out of hand,” he asserted, stressing that the violence was premeditated.

“It is a group of individuals who are absolutely bent on violence,” he added, condemning the actions of the far-right demonstrators.
