John Dramani Mahama is preparing to undertake a comprehensive tour across all 16 regions of Ghana, aimed at reviewing the status of ongoing development projects while deepening his connection with citizens at the grassroots level.

As part of the tour, the president will move through different parts of the country to examine major infrastructure works and social intervention initiatives being carried out under his leadership.
The exercise is designed to confirm that government policies and programmes are producing real, measurable impact in communities, while also identifying sectors that may need further support or intervention.
The nationwide visit is scheduled to begin in the Bono Region, where he will be present from Wednesday, March 18 to Thursday, March 19, 2026.
During this first leg, he is expected to visit various project locations, engage with local leaders, and gather direct insight into the development challenges and priorities within the region.
Following his time in the Bono Region, the president will proceed to other parts of the country in stages, ensuring that all regions are covered.
Each phase of the tour is expected to focus on the unique developmental needs of the regions while contributing to a wider national evaluation of progress.
