In a momentous announcement within Global sphere, made by Ghana International Trade and Finance Conference. The Managing Director of Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation [BOST] has been appointed as the chairman of the GITFiC AfCFTA Club found in four tertiary institution namely , Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), University of Ghana , University for Development studies Tamale Campus (UDS),and All Nation University . Delivering his acceptance address at the VRA conference room on Monday, the newly appointed chairman expressed his dedication to the club’s mission and the pivotal role of AfCFTA in Ghana’s economic trajectory.
“The AfCFTA stands as a beacon of hope within the Ghana International Trade and Finance Conference, heralding transformative initiatives for our economy,” .
Highlighting the club’s mission, he elaborated, “Our club serves as a platform to channel creativity and passion towards advancing the objectives of AfCFTA. Through collaboration, innovation, and excellence, we aim to empower the next generation of leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate regional trade complexities.”
The appointment of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation MD reflects a shared commitment within Ghana’s business community to actively engage in AfCFTA’s objectives. With his leadership, the GITFiC AfCFTA Club is poised to make significant contributions towards Ghana’s economic development and the realization of AfCFTA’s potential across the continent, he said.
