Capesize bulk carrier collided with fishing vessel, South China

Capesize bulk carrier FRONTIER YOUTH collided with fishing vessel at around 0600 LT Oct 13 shortly after leaving Zhanjiang, Guangdong province, South China, some 27 nm E of Naozhou island, NE of Hainan. 1 fisherman fell overboard and later rescued, another one seriously injured, he had to be taken to hospital. FRONTIER YOUTH was brought to anchor near collision site for investigation, allowed to resumed voyage late Oct 15, destination Zhangjiagang, Yangtze river.
