Cynthia Lumor appointed as Deputy Managing Director of Tullow Ghana

Tullow Ghana has reported the arrangement of Cynthia Lumor as Deputy Managing Director, powerful October 1, 2021.
Cynthia Lumor is quick to be named as Deputy Managing Director of Tullow Ghana since the organization started its Ghana tasks in 2006.
As Deputy Managing Director, Cynthia Lumor will be answerable for the mix of the non-specialized capacities inside the Ghana business and will uphold the Managing Director, Wissam Al Monthiry, in driving Tullow’s arrangements to put more than $4 billion in Ghana over the course of the following 10 years.
Preceding this arrangement, Cynthia Lumor was the Corporate Affairs Director regulating the Communications and Investor Relations, Social Performance, Government, Public and External Affairs groups of the organization.
She joined Tullow Ghana from Scancom (MTN Ghana) where she was Head of Corporate Services liable for Regulatory Compliance, Communications, Legal and External Affairs/Sustainability.
In an assertion gave by Tullow Ghana, Chief Executive Officer, Rahul Dhir communicated his enjoyment at her arrangement.
“I’m enchanted that Cynthia has been delegated to this significant job. Since Wissam expected office last year, Cynthia has been instrumental in dealing with our critical government and outside connections in Ghana and her advancement mirrors her significant job in conveying Tullow’s technique in Ghana,” he said.
Before her arrangement as Deputy Managing Director, Mrs. Cynthia Lumor served in the administration group of Tullow Ghana and was Director for Corporate Affairs with obligation regarding External Affairs and Social Performance, and oversight of Human Resources, Information Systems and Facilities Management.
She joined Tullow Ghana in 2017.
Mrs. Lumor has quite a long while of involvement with the Oil and Gas industry, having recently worked for the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation as Principal Legal Officer.
Cynthia additionally worked at GNPC, as a Senior Legal Officer where inside a year, she rose to turn into the Head of Department.
She was engaged with the drafting of the Petroleum Law, which made the design and legitimate structure for an autonomous controller and the Oil and Gas industry.
Ms. Lumor holds a LLB (Hons) from the University of Ghana and a rehearsing endorsement from the Ghana School of Law.
