The ongoing Middle East conflict has now reached Dubai. Famous for its skyscrapers and affluent residents, the city has been inadvertently caught up in the missile exchanges between the United States, Israel, and Iran.

Authorities report that debris from Iranian weapons intercepted en route to U.S. military facilities ignited fires at prominent sites.

At Abu Dhabi’s airport, one individual lost their life, and seven others sustained injuries.

The UAE Defense Ministry stated that its air defense systems had intercepted hundreds of missiles and drones over a span of two days. Footage circulating online shows flames near luxury hotels.
