The Ethiopian government has declared new limitations on detailing the conflict, in which Tigrayan rebels are supposed to be proceeding with their development towards the capital.

In a notice to media sources and online media clients, it has prohibited the detailing of any tactical developments or updates from the war zone – except if the data has been supported by the public authority.
