GRA engages Chief Justice to begin prosecution of tax defaulting OMCs

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has started a commitment with the Chief Justice, Kwasi Anin-Yeboah to get support from the legal executive to indict tax defaulting Oil Marketing Companies

As indicated by the Magistrate General of the Ghana Revenue Authority, Fire up. Ammishaddai Owusu Amoah, measures have started to indict the OMCS that were found guilty for defaulting in charge installments after a few alerts.
