The Ghana Stock Exchange has conceded four recorded organizations an augmentation of time to present their 2020 evaluated budget reports and first-quarter unaudited fiscal summary.

The organizations are Trust Bank Plc, Bond Savings and Loans Plc, Dannex Ayrton Starwin Plc, and SIC Insurance Company Plc.

While Trust Bank, Bond Savings and Loans, and Dannex Ayrton Starwin Plc have up till June 30, 2021, to present their 2020 reviewed fiscal summaries, SIC Insurance has up till May 31, 2021, to do as such.

It is hazy why the GSE gave the organizations an extra ideal opportunity to present their budget reports, which is a necessity by the GSE Listing Regulations.

The GSE had before conceded such freedom to recorded banks and different foundations.

In March 2021, it broadened the cutoff time for the accommodation of the 2020 Audited Financial Statements of six organizations. This comes after the organizations applied for the expansion.

They were Fank Milk, Trust Bank of The Gambia, Dannex Ayrton Starwin, Letshego Ghana Savings and Loans, Daakye Trust Plc, and E.S.L.A.
