Joe T donates to Family clans in kpone ahead of the homowo festival

Kpone (GAR). August 27. The Parliamentary candidate for the opposition National Democratic Congress in the Kpone Katamanso Constituency has donated some assorted items to the 17 family clans in kpone ahead of the 2020 annual homowo festival.

The items including bags of maize, oil, assorted drinks and undisclosed amount of money. The 17 clans included, Appiah we, Bediako we, Antie we, Ofosu we, amongst others.
Mr. Joseph Akuerteh Tettey Popularly known as Joe T assured the various family heads of his commitment and passion to ensure the success of the this year’s homowo festival.
Mr.Tettey further explained that, his doors were widely opened to everyone and was readily available to contribute his quota to the development of kpone and it other communities.
He also used the opportunity to advise the residents to have some sober reflections over the years so they can thank almighty God for his protection over the year adding that the coronavirus outbreak was real. ‘Wear your face mask it will protect you’ he advised.

According to him, he soon takes over the mantle of power from the incumbent Member of Parliament Mr.Joseph Afotey Agbo to lead the constituency in Ghana’s legislative house.
Joe T informed that, kpone Katamanso would be put on the national radar as far as development was concern adding that traditional authorities would be key stake holders to enhance peaceful coexistence in the various communities in the constituency.

With him were the NDC kpone Katamanso constituency executives and some party sympathizers.
