Kanye West appears to be saying farewell to Wyoming, or at least a large portion of it, because he’s listed his monster-sized Monster Lake Ranch… which has some wondering whether he’s returning home to Kim Kardashian.

The rapper’s home, a large plot of land outside of Cody, is back on the market for $11 million… which is $3 million less than the asking price when Ye bought it in September 2019.

It’s unclear whether Kanye paid the entire $14 million at the time, but whatever he spent got him 4,500 acres and a lot more than a mule. The Ranch has 8 accommodation units and is well-known for its “giant trout” fishing.

There are also two freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event centre, conference space, and, of course, a plethora of horse barns and corrals. You may recall that not long after purchasing Monster Lake, Kanye spent another $14 million on another Wyoming property, Bighorn Mountain Ranch.

While it’s impossible to say for certain, many believe that his obsession with Wyoming and spending so much time living and working there caused a big schism in his marriage. During a stressful discussion in the summer of 2020, Kim even burst into tears.

So, with mounting evidence that Kim and Kanye are trying to work things out – including her recent ‘SNL’ hosting gig – you have to wonder if his real estate manoeuvres suggest something more.
